Home >> 2011 Dates Announced for Biomedicine Examination

The NCCAOM is pleased to announce the 2011 administration dates for the Biomedicine examination. The Biomedicine examination will be administered four times next year with each exam administration consisting of a two-week period. We have added a fourth examination administration in 2011 to ensure that candidates will have every opportunity to schedule to take the NCCAOM biomedicine exam during peak times.

The Biomedicine examination is scheduled for the following dates in 2011:

  • February 14-26
  • May 9-21
  • July 18-30
  • October 24- November 5

After receiving their NCCAOM® Approved to Test letter, candidates should sign up as soon as possible for the examination to ensure a space for their preferred date. Applicants for certification are encouraged to submit their application as soon as possible for the next examination administration; a minimum of six weeks before the above test administration dates. Please note that the registration for the 2011 Biomedicine dates will begin on November 1, 2010.

Applicants can find further information about the Biomedicine exam including the updated Biomedicine Content Outline by viewing any one of the NCCAOM® Acupuncture, Chinese Herbology or Oriental Medicine Study Guides available on this website.
