Dear NCCAOM Applicants, Candidates and Diplomates,
For those who have been impacted by Hurricane Sandy, NCCAOM hopes this note finds you and your loved ones safe. Our hearts go out to the millions affected by this far-reaching devastation.
During Sandy’s wrath many people were unable to follow through with testing arrangements; Pearson VUE proactively contacted candidates whose test dates were affected to reschedule. If you were unable to test due to the storm conditions caused by Sandy and have not been contacted by Pearson VUE, email NCCAOM for help with reschedulingat candidatesupport @ thenccaom.org. Include in the email your name, NCCAOM ID number, NCCAOM exam, test date, scheduled time and test location.
If you have upcoming exams scheduled and find that you are unable to test, please note that Pearson VUE must be contacted to cancel the appointment by phone 1-888-235-7649 or online www.vue.com at least one full business day (24 hours) in advance of the scheduled appointment. Pearson VUE will issue a cancelation confirmation number. It is imperative this cancelation number be maintained by the candidate in case of a cancelation dispute.
