Divya Parikh, NCCAOM Board Commissioner, MPH, CAE, Joins The Doctors Company (TDC) as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Data Governance

Washington D.C., September, 16, 2022 – The National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM)® NCCAOM would like to congratulate Divya Parikh, NCCAOM Board Commissioner, MPH, CAE, on joining The Doctors Company (TDC) as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Data Governance effective September 1, 2022.
In this new role, Divya will be responsible for developing and implementing data strategy and enhancing data governance for TDC Group. She will help develop the multi-year roadmap for data strategy in collaboration with business leaders already working on the project to define the scope, priorities, and implementation plan.
Divya comes to TDC from Medical Professional Liability (MPL) Association, in Rockville, MD, where she served as Vice President, Research & Education. In that role, she served as a member of the Executive team and directed the Association’s Data Sharing Project. Prior to that, she was with the National Institutes of Health. She also serves as an NCCAOM Board Commissioner.
As a graduate of the University of Maryland, Divya also holds a Master of Public Health degree from Johns Hopkins University. She is a recognized speaker and thought leader in patient safety programming and MPL risk education in U.S. and international communities. She has extensive experience translating data into clinical, legal, and business solutions. She is also the author and editor of numerous research publications, articles, and presentations.
