Recertification Process for Lapsed Constituents

A Diplomate who does not renew their certification by their expiration date forfeits all benefits and services provided by NCCAOM certification including but not limited to a Diplomate designation. The certification is moved into ‘Lapsed’ status and the Diplomate is required to submit additional PDA points and increased fees.

All PDA/CEU credits must be reported no later that 6 weeks from the recertification application submission date.  After 6 weeks, if recertification requirements are not satisfied, application is cancelled and certification is a subject to lapsed/terminated policies.
