PDA/CE REPORTING FOR THE NEW REINSTATEMENT ROUTE
It is recommended that PDA/CEU reporting was completed prior to the application submission.
Please note: All PDA/CEU coursework for certification Reinstatement must be completed in CORE category (AOM, ABT, BIO). This document will help in understanding of the CORE Categories.
The Reinstatement Route application expires six (6) months from the date of submission. All reinstatement requirements must be met within the six (6) month application period or a new application must be submitted when the original application expires. Applications in process as of June 10, 2021 will be finalized if all requirements have been met. Any applicant who has not submitted all requirements as of June 30, 2022 will not be able to complete the reinstatement process. Application fees are non-refundable.
