I never expected to be going through all these hoops when I signed up in February to renew my NCCAOM certification status that had lapsed 3 years back (I had a baby… way too overwhelmed to process information for a career!).

I have 20 more credits to complete asap (out of 105), and I am so excited to be making good progress and learning so much, and to know I’ve had the support of such a fine organization who oversees my profession.

I am writing to express my appreciation of Ruosi Lee.  I often have occasion to work with her in getting our classes approved for NCCAOM PDAs.  My most recent contact was a couple days ago where I worked with her to get our Live Seminar courses converted to Live Streaming Webinars. I expected the process to be complicated and challenging.  I was delighted to complete the conversion very quickly and easily with Ruosi’s help.

Ruosi then took the initiative and asked if we had received a recent announcement about the new PDA process.  We had not seen the email and think it likely went into a spam folder.  Ruosi explained the new system and helped me get a copy of the instructions.  She then walked me through the details step-by-step.  Having been prepared by her explanation I was able to go through the set up process without needing any further help.

As always, it is a delight to work with Ruosi.  She is cheerful, attentive and makes the job look easy.  I expect you already know that she is a valuable member of the NCCAOM team.

I just got off the phone with Ruosi and wanted to let you know how much I appreciate her! I’m new to my organization and I’m beyond delighted to have her in my corner. She’s always so quick to respond and is more than willing to hold my hand through any process…even when I call her at the end of the day with a last minute request!
In addition to her helpfulness, she is such a pleasure to speak with. (I was literally sitting with a smile on my face after our call today!) Ruosi has left such a wonderful impression on me that even I joked she’s set the bar quite high for the rest of NCCAOM.
It’s not often I meet someone as amazing as Ruosi and I look forward to when I get to work with her again.

I want to express my gratitude for NCCAOM employee Chris Minar. It’s a breath of fresh air to receive such professional & courteous customer care.
With the extreme challenges of the Pandemic I have been trying to schedule my Chinese Herbology exam with ADA accommodations at Pearson Vue.

In the single time I actually made it through to Pearson Vue on the phone I was told they showed no record of their approval for me. (Chris has several Emails of record showing confirmation from Pearson in reply to NCCAOM review/approval). He sent emails and made phone calls several times confirming in fact that I am approved from Pearson Vue for ADA accommodations.

He finally got through to someone on the management level at Pearson who in fact found and confirmed record of this approval. The Manager at Pearson said they would personally call me to schedule my test. I am hoping that today or tomorrow I will get to schedule my examination.

As a person facing various challenges at hand each day, I feel It’s important to let you know how much I appreciate the way Chris has helped.
